Picnicking Guidelines

The grounds of the Museum are open to the public during designated hours and picnics are allowed in areas that are not scheduled for Museum use.

Informal, small group picnics (for up to 5 attendees) are free and allowable on the grounds without a reservation. Blankets and picnic baskets are allowed.

Semi-formal, formal, or large group picnics (for up to 15 attendees) are allowable on the grounds with a proper reservation. Picnics with pillows, tables, chairs, and/or decor are considered large group picnics. Large group picnics require an advance reservation and payment of $200.00 per hour.
